HI, I'M HANNAH AT RUN STRONGER AND I'M HERE TO HELP YOU ENJOY RUNNING - INJURY FREE - FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE.
Running has been part of my life for many years now and is something I can turn to in times of joy, sadness and everything in between. My goal is to have a strong, injury proof body that is able to to endure long distance running and I want to help people of all abilities achieve this too.
I'm here to provide you with the knowledge, accountability and reassurance to help you become a stronger runner.
I can offer you a bespoke running plan delivered to you via and online platform tailored to your specific goals, ability and lifestyle. Your plan will be updated on a 1 to 2 week basis allowing for me to continually monitor your progress and make any adaptations needed.
I also work with a small number of clients from my home gym near Warwick, I'll help you become a stronger runner using runner specific training and mobility routines via a bespoke personalised training program tailored specifically to you.
