What is run coaching?

Run coaching involves working with a qualified coach to optimise your running performance. The training will cover lots of different elements including goal setting, running technique, training advice, warm up/cool down, speed-work and endurance. These will all be tailored to each individual and not a cut and paste programme.

Training that supports your lifestyle

Any training programme will only be successful if it supports your personal lifestyle and takes into account your 'training load' - the stress factors that may inhibit your ability to train effectively. Before we begin any programme we will look at your personal circumstances and weekly load together to ensure that your plan is compiled to support your lifestyle and ensure maximum performance - physically and mentally.
